Spaced Absorbers Acoustical Panel Systems

Image showing airgap behind Spaced Absorber Panel - Size of airgap effectively tunes the low frequency absorption Spaced Absorbers  are self supporting materials that have been designed to provide unique solutions to the absorption versus sound insulation problem.

They utilize the cavity created by mechanically mounting them on the frame to enhance the absorption in lower frequencies

Filling the cavity can be done for thermal or structural reasons and provided the filler material has low flow resistivity perpendicular to the plane of the wall it will not adversely affect the acoustical performance of the spaced absorber

FGSA SR

FGSA SR is Fiber Glass Sound Absorber panels with a profiled pattern to prevent the protective foil facing from be acoustically restrained.

FGSA Turbo

FGSA Turbo has the same carrier as FGSA SR but it has a high temperature resistant fabric suitable for use in close proximity to a turbocharger.

Millennium Metal

Millennium Metal is a micro-cracked metal panel optimized for sound absorption but which can be worked and installed in a similar fashion to regular perforated metal.

Millennium Plastic

Millennium Plastic is a micro-cracked High Density Plastic Sheet optimized for sound absorption. Ideal for applications with high moisture or corrosion potential
